This study investigates the changes in team composition four academic high-tech start-ups and spin-offs. These companies were initiated on grounds had to undergo transition order act as private companies. Data was obtained qualitative research methods managers charge during company. During expert interviews, researchers used semi-structured questionnaires gather data particular aspects spin-off member requirements.
